Q. How much time will this take?
We keep each daily challenge short and sweet and should take you no longer than 10 min to watch.
We may have some additional live sessions where we may get together but this will be completely optional.
Q. What if I miss a live session?
We've got you covered. Any live sessions will be recorded and you can access them for one week.
Q. Will this just be a sale pitch?
This challenge is packed with lots of ideas and interaction and stands completely on its own. It's free with no strings attached. However, if you like to continue being inspired by the programs or challenges I provide, I will also invite you to the True Potential Academy.
Q. Do I have to be on Facebook?
No we will not use Facebook in any part of the challenge as I don't feel it's a great platform to learn and to stay focused. Instead, we connect within the challenge space.
